What is askvenda?

askvenda is a directory of identity-checked businesses across Nigeria. Search and contact them on the web, or continue in Telegram. WhatsApp is coming soon. Every listing passes an identity check before it goes live.

How do I search for a vendor?

Use the web directory and search by business, trade or area, or open Telegram and send the trade plus your area (for example, "tailor fate" or "plumber near basin"). Compare the cards and tap to reveal the contact. Every reveal is logged and carries a safety reminder.

How do I list my business?

Use the List your business page on the web, or send /join on Telegram. You will need your business name, category, area, phone, email, an identity document, and photos of your work, then complete a short confirmation call. Approval usually lands within 24 hours. A free listing shows 2 photos; the Verified badge unlocks up to 5.

What is the difference between the identity check and the Verified badge?

The identity check is part of approval and is required for every listing. The Verified badge is an optional yearly badge (2,500 NGN per year) that keeps a Verified tag on your card, raises your search visibility, and unlocks more photos. The badge runs for 12 months. It does not renew automatically; a renewal you choose adds 12 months from the current expiry.

How much does it cost?

• Listing: free forever (1 category, 1 area).
• Verified badge: 2,500 NGN per year.
• Boost 7 days: 3,000 NGN. Boost 30 days: 9,000 NGN.

How do I stay safe when paying?

Meet in public, verify the shop first, and never pay in full upfront. Pay in small milestones, keep receipts, and read the Safety guide before any deposit.

How do I report a bad vendor?

Use the report link on the profile (it opens Telegram), or send /report to the bot with a reason. Safety cases are reviewed within 12 hours, and 3 unique reports auto-hide a listing pending review.

How do I delete my data?

Send /delete to the bot, or use the Contact page and confirm. We anonymize and remove your data within 72 hours and purge photos within 7 days. See the Privacy notice.
