Advertising and placement policy
Paid placement is always labelled. It never replaces identity verification and never hides organic Verified results.
Placement types
Sponsored marks an active Boost. Featured marks a separate paid or editorial placement. Verified is the identity trust badge, paid yearly or included with approval depending on the current model; it raises search visibility but is a trust marker, not an ad slot.
Label visibility
Every paid position carries a visible label on the card and profile. We do not use hidden ranking tricks or remove the label after a purchase.
Organic results
Featured and Sponsored placements may appear alongside organic results. They do not replace, remove or hide organic Verified businesses from the directory.
Refunds and disputes
Placement runs for the dates shown at checkout. If a paid placement never activates, contact support within 48 hours. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not given after a placement has run.
Reporting
Impressions and clicks are recorded for active placements. Admin reporting shows performance by slot. Report misleading placement or a missing label through the contact page.
