Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using askvenda.
Is askvenda free for searchers?
Yes! Searching for verified businesses on askvenda via Telegram or WhatsApp is 100% free for everyone.
Why is there no search bar on this website?
askvenda is built chat-first for Nigeria. All discovery happens inside the Telegram and WhatsApp bots to ensure real-time interaction without requiring a separate web app download.
How does identity and business verification work?
Every business listing is backed by 100% human identity and registered business validation. Sole proprietors provide government identity verification, while companies provide official business registration credentials before publication.
Is my identity information kept private?
Absolutely. Your personal identity credentials are never visible to searchers or published on your profile. Internal encryption is used strictly for security, fraud prevention, and identity deduplication.
How do I list my business?
Simply open the askvenda bot on Telegram or WhatsApp and select "List My Business". The 10-step wizard guides you through entering details, photos, and verification.
